NOV 15 2012 easy long run

I started off not feeling so well from the first 3 miles then I started taking off a little bit better, I went on a route I never went on and ended up meeting with a pretty decent hill climb which didn't really bother me. Here's some clips....
I DO APOLOGIZE FOR THE SHAKY RECORDING.
It was a little harder than I expected but It climbed for a couple miles to the top.....
Here I am at the top.

I got in a good 12 miles so I am at 42 miles this week :) next couple days I am going to just go easy 5 miles so I can recover because i'm pretty sore.
Thanks for reading and any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Better running. Better place :)

I have moved to UTAH (my home place) and I have been running up here for about close to half a year and let me tell you, running in altitude is a huge help. Plus there a lot more hills and great training environment here :D And also I love the weather here in the 30's-40s . Its been a long time since I have ran in snow and i have to say it is really lovely.
Here is a video on my 10 miler I did today. well..... I'll have to get another video because I only recorded 4 seconds lol... https://plus.google.com/u/0/photos/instantupload/5810846409749987778

Heres an awesome picture.... too bad it wasn't still :(

UPDATE PERFORMANCE STATUS: Well I have been feeling pretty good lately, I ran a 20 miler yesterday and another 10 miles with some long fast strides afterwards. I am trying to get some good mileage in but I take days off or just don't get up early enough to go on a run before work. But I am going to try to stay committed but its hard. I need to start  running with some groups and that will be very easy to get my runs in. I will be moving to AZ soon and once I am there I will have plenty of people to run with.
